2. Products and Prices

All products offered on the site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed on the site include VAT.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. In case of obvious errors (e.g., incorrect price), we reserve the right to cancel the order with a full refund to the customer.

3. Orders and Sales Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email from BH Trade Srls. We reserve the right to refuse any order for a valid reason.

4. Payments

We accept major digital payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer. All payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL encryption.

5. Shipping

Shipping conditions are detailed on our Shipping Information page. The risks associated with transportation pass to the customer upon delivery by the courier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without needing to provide reasons. Full conditions are available on the Returns and Refunds page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, graphics, design, code) is the property of BH Trade Srls or their respective owners and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

BH Trade Srls is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or purchased products. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Applicable Law and Competent Court

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is Bari, unless otherwise provided by law regarding consumer contracts.

10. Alternative Dispute Resolution

11. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site. Continued use of the site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance thereof.
