Shipping policy

Processing times Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Carriers and tracking Shipments are handled by national carriers. The tracking number is sent by email at the time of shipment.

Shipping costs Costs are calculated at checkout. Any promotions or free-shipping thresholds are shown at the time of purchase.

Delivery and liability On delivery, the customer is asked to check that the packaging is intact. Any damage or tampering must be reported to the carrier and to info@oliomado.com within 24 hours of delivery.

International shipping For shipments outside Italy, any duties, customs charges or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address or failed delivery If the address provided is incorrect or the recipient is absent, any additional costs for re-delivery are borne by the customer.
