Shipping Information

Processing Times

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders received on Friday after 2:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday are processed on the following Monday.

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the courier.

Delivery Times

• Italy: 1-3 business days
• Islands (Sardinia, Sicily): 2-4 business days
• Europe: 4-8 business days

The indicated times are estimated and not guaranteed. They may vary due to seasonal peaks, holidays, or force majeure.

Couriers Used

We use certified express couriers (GLS, BRT, SDA) to ensure maximum security in the delivery of our products. Extra virgin olive oil is packaged with specific protective materials to prevent breakage and temperature fluctuations.

Packaging

Each order is carefully prepared in our laboratory in Bari. Bottles are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in reinforced boxes. Gift boxes are packaged with premium materials and branded Olio Madò tissue paper.

Shipment Tracking

Each shipment is assigned a tracking code sent via email and SMS (if available). You can track the delivery directly on the courier's website.

Failed Delivery

In case of absence at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery. After 2 failed attempts, the package will be stored at the nearest collection point for 5 business days. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender, and the order will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred.

Damage during Transport

If you receive a visibly damaged package, we ask you to accept it with a written reservation on the courier's document and to contact us within 24 hours at bhtrade@pec.it attaching photos of the damage. We will arrange for product replacement or a full refund.

Undeliverable Destinations

Currently, we do not ship to Livigno, Campione d'Italia, and military post office boxes (APO/FPO). For non-EU destinations, please contact us before placing your order to check availability and costs.
