Returns and Refunds

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be returned unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
• The return must be requested within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• The product must not have been damaged due to improper use.
• All accessories and original documentation (if present) must be included.

Products Excluded from Returns

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Food products that have been opened or have had their seal removed, for hygiene and food safety reasons.
• Perishable products or products with a short expiry date.
• Custom-made or personalized products (personalized gift boxes).

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return procedure:

• Send an email to bhtrade@pec.it with the subject "RETURN - Order #XXXXXX".
• In the email, indicate: order number, product to be returned, reason for return.
• We will respond within 48 hours with instructions for the return.
• Carefully package the products and ship them to the address we will provide.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

• Product defective or damaged during transport.
• Product not as ordered (our error).
• In these cases, we will also refund the return shipping costs.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund includes the price of the product and the original shipping costs (if the order exceeds the minimum for free shipping). Additional shipping costs chosen at the time of order will not be refunded.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received a defective, broken, or non-conforming product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receipt at bhtrade@pec.it.
• Attach photographs of the product and packaging.
• We will arrange for product replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
• It will not be necessary to return the defective product.

Legal Guarantee

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months pursuant to art. 130 of the Consumer Code. The guarantee covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.
