PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES
High-quality artisanal product made from freshly picked peppers. After washing, cleaning, and cutting the peppers into strips, they are blanched. The peppers are then added to the other seasonings and blended to form a cream. The product is then jarred and pasteurized, ensuring its preservation.
COMBINATIONS
Organic Yellow Pepper Pesto is excellent for seasoning homemade pasta, baked recipes, on pizzas, bruschetta, and with aged cheeses.
HANDLING AND STORAGE
Store the product away from light and heat in a hygienic environment. Avoid spilling the packaging and check its condition if it is knocked over. If the packaging is damaged, send it to the waste disposal facility. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C. Once opened, store in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4°C.
