Olio Madò was born from a deep love for Puglia and from a simple yet powerful idea: bringing the true Italian extra virgin olive oil to the world — the kind that tells the story of a land, a heritage, and a lifestyle built on quality, tradition, and well‑being.
The name Madò comes from a typical expression from Puglia.
It’s that word you say when something truly surprises you: an intense flavor, an aroma that brings you back home, a taste you didn’t expect.
Madò means wonder, amazement, authenticity. And that’s exactly what we want anyone tasting our products to feel.

It’s the sun over the olive trees, the slow rhythm of the harvest, the skilled hands working according to traditions passed down for generations.
We select only top‑quality EVO oil from certified organic cultivations, in full respect of the land, the environment, and natural cycles.
