PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES

High-quality artisanal product made from freshly picked chili peppers. After being washed, the peppers are sprinkled with salt to remove excess water. They are then sliced and jarred with extra virgin olive oil. The product is pasteurized, ensuring its preservation.

COMBINATIONS

Perfect paired with legumes or meat and to make a pasta and vegetable dish more interesting.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Store the product away from light and heat in a hygienic environment. Avoid spilling the packaging and check its condition if it is knocked over. If the packaging is damaged, dispose of it. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C.

PACKAGING MATERIALS

The product is packaged in clear glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the container is airtight and prevents direct contact between the product and the metal. The packaging material is reusable and plastic-free. The packaging is recyclable.
