PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES
High-quality artisanal product made from freshly harvested onions. After being carefully washed and cleaned, the onions are blanched in water, vinegar, and salt. They are squeezed, jarred, seasoned with oregano, and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. The product is pasteurized, ensuring its preservation.
COMBINATIONS
Onions in oil can be enjoyed as a quick appetizer in the summer, but they take center stage on toasted bread or roasted on bruschetta in the winter. They also make excellent accompaniments to meat dishes or can be added to hot dogs or hamburgers.
HANDLING AND STORAGE
Store the product away from light and heat in a hygienic environment. Avoid spilling the packaging and check its condition if it is knocked over. If the packaging is damaged, dispose of it. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C.
PACKAGING MATERIALS
The product is packaged in clear glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the container is airtight and prevents direct contact between the product and the metal.
