PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES
High-quality artisanal product made from freshly picked artichokes. After being carefully washed and cleaned, the artichokes are soaked in water and lemon to prevent browning and blanched in water, vinegar, and salt. They are seasoned with garlic and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. The product is pasteurized, ensuring its preservation.
COMBINATIONS
Artichokes preserved in oil can be enjoyed as a quick appetizer, or they become the star of the show on toasted bread or, in winter, roasted on bruschetta. They also make excellent accompaniments to meat-based main courses.
HANDLING AND STORAGE
Store the product away from light and heat in a hygienic environment. Avoid spilling the packaging and check its condition if it is knocked over. If the packaging is damaged, dispose of it. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C.
PACKAGING MATERIALS
The product is packaged in clear glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the container is airtight and prevents direct contact between the product and the metal. The packaging material is reusable and plastic-free. The packaging is recyclable.
