After being carefully washed and cleaned, the artichokes are soaked in water and lemon to prevent browning and blanched in water, vinegar, and salt. They are seasoned with garlic and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. The product is pasteurized, ensuring its preservation.

Artichokes preserved in oil can be enjoyed as a quick appetizer, or they become the star of the show on toasted bread or, in winter, roasted on bruschetta. They also make excellent accompaniments to meat-based main courses.

Store the product away from light and heat in a hygienic environment. Avoid spilling the packaging and check its condition if it is knocked over. If the packaging is damaged, dispose of it. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C.
