2. Personal Data Collected

OlioMadò collects the following personal data:

  • Purchase data: first name, last name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email address.
  • Payment data: exclusively managed by certified providers (Stripe, PayPal). BH Trade S.r.l.s. does not store credit card data.
  • Navigation data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration (via technical and analytical cookies).
  • Contact data: name, email and message sent via the contact form or WhatsApp.

4. Recipients of the Data

  • Shopify Inc. — e-commerce platform (data processor pursuant to art. 28 GDPR)
  • Couriers and shipping companies — limited to data necessary for delivery
  • Payment providers — Stripe, PayPal (payment data only)
  • Google / Meta — only with explicit prior consent, for analytics and remarketing

Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

5. Data Transfer Outside the EU

Some of our technical providers (e.g. Shopify, Google) process data in countries outside the European Union. Transfers comply with the safeguards set out in Articles 44-49 GDPR, using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions.

  • Order-related data: 10 years (tax and accounting obligation, Presidential Decree 633/1972)
  • Contact data: 24 months from the last contact
  • Newsletter: until consent is revoked
  • Analytical cookies: maximum 13 months from collection
